About Bears In Peril
Bears In Peril, formerly called Ohdericko, is a Philippine-based indie-electronic band composed of: Max Principe on bass/vocals, Edund Gemelo Jr. on guitars/vocals/electronics, Derick Chan on guitars/vocals and April Hernandez on drums/vocals. These 4 met and became friends in the UP Underground Music Community, a music organization devoted to supporting independent Philippine music. Weirdly enough, their substantially different musical backgrounds produced music that they all loved and felt at home with. One rainy day, they imagined bears standing under a small shed hugging each other while the rain stormed away.
