About Barry Hay & Jb Meijers
Barry Hay and JB Meijers are two Dutch rock musicians. They recorded and released a covers album together in 2019, entitled For You Baby. A new single, Unconditionally, was released in January 2022. The song was written especially for their mariachi-tinged album, Fiesta de la Vida (2022). The duo celebrated the album with a large-scale fiesta at Amsterdam's Ziggo Dome in November 2022. For well over 50 years, Barry Hay (1948) was the frontman of The Netherlands' number one export in rock, Golden Earring. JB Meijers (1972) is a core member of The Common Linnets, The Netherlands' hugely succesful 2014 Eurovision Song Contest entry. Meijers co-founded the 'Linnets' after a long career in the Dutch indie scene and stints as the guitarist of Acda & De Munnik and De Dijk. He is also well-known as a producer and songwriter.
