There are two bands with this name: 1. Stoner/sludge/doom metal from Fargo, North Dakota, United States Bandcamp 2. Barnaby Jones is a hardcore/punk band from Long Island, NY. The band originally formed in 2008, featuring members with previous experience in The Vagabonds, High School Football Heroes, and Chance of A Lifetime. Their first release was a six song demo, released in July 2008 on CD-R. Soon after that, Tom Malinowski joined the band on second guitar. This lineup of the band (Dan - Vocals, Justin - Guitar, Chris - Bass, Tom - Guitar, Nick - Drums) recorded a self-titled full length that was released on Quote Unquote Records in August of 2009. The band played many shows in support of that record, including the Harvest of Hope Festival in 2010 but shortly after went on hiatus. The band reunited in early 2013 with a new bass player (Tom Kelly of Broadcaster/Tomahawk Chop).
