About Baba Cósmica
The guitar player and vocalist Pedro Knoedt, the bass player Felipe Knoblich and the drummer Rafael Ramos - all with ages between 16 and 18 years - got together in 1994 with the intention to produce a hardcore that would make people's brain shake inside their head. After two years of rehearsals, demo-tapes and shows in the underground circuit, they made their first CD, "Gororoba", produced by Rick Bonadio. One of their songs - Sábado de Sol - ended up in the first CD of Mamonas Assasinas. In the middle of the next year, the band was reformulated, with Rafael taking the vocals.
