About BX1
Braden aka BX1 started DJing publicly in 1998 under the name IronX in Southern California. He changed his name to BX1 in 2004 when he began producing and remixing tracks on his own. Coming from a hip hop background, BX1 fell in love with Drum and Bass and has been mixing / DJing it for over 12 years now. BX1 plays a variety of Drum and Bass forms, from: Hard step, dark DnB, and later to the newer forms of Jump-Up and Intelligent DnB. He has opened for some of the most world renowned artists in the world of Drum and Bass and remains one it's continued long-time supporters; bringing Drum and Bass into new areas and venues including the Inland Empire and the infamous Burning Man event located in Northern Nevada (Black Rock City) every year. While being content to just play the occasional commercial event, BX1 has stayed mainly in the underground scene his entire DJ career, focusing more on the independent record label and entertainment company he co-founded, Mix Movement.
