BMB SpaceKid (born Dmitry Semenov, a.k.a. Wayne Tweed, Beat-Maker-Beat, Spacekid) was raised in the high rises of St. Petersburg, Russia. The SpaceKid has honed his craft on the street as much as in the club and around the galaxy. His focus on the sound of tomorrow melds the beauty of the past with lasers, bass and astral lore. SpaceKid's music is inspired by and encompasses several genres, including funk, boom-bap, EDM, trap, house, hip-hop, R&B, downtempo, and drum & bass, just to name a few. His crate-digging roots, coupled with a tireless production ethic has led to a prodigious, cosmos-clenching beginning to his career. Since his first release (The Live EP) in 2009, he has shared the stage with Wu Tang and MF DOOM as well as worked alongside the likes of Dr. Dre and DJ Premier.
