About Autumn Hurlbert
A 28-year-old actress from Astoria, N.Y., Autumn has been performing since she was 3 years old and used to sing into a turkey baster to entertain her family. She played Belle in Beauty and the Beast but says her favorite role was as Eponine in Les Miserables. Originally from Arizona, Autumn studied musical theater at the University of Northern Colorado. She moved to New York after graduating but almost quit pursuing her Broadway dream because she was broke. Autumn placed second in the MTV reality show, The Search for Elle Woods, and proceeded to join the ensemble of the cast and Elle's understudy until the musical closed in October 2008. Autumn then starred in the off-off-Broadway production of Glimpses of the Moon as Suzy.
