Galactica Watercooler (GWC) is a weekly Podcast from Texas, USA, which is hosted by Audra Heaslip, Chuck Cage, and Sean O'Hara. The reason for recording the Podcast was their love for the TV series Battlestar Galactica (BSG) and they discussed at first the Webisodes before the start of the 3rd Season back in 2006. Soon after they provided insightful takes on the Season 3 episodes of BSG and a re-watch of the first three seasons. After Season 4 and in the long hiatus for Season 4.5 they covered famous science-fiction franchises like the Star Wars, Terminator, Back to the Future and many more. With the conclusion of the BSG series the cover arcs like The Guild webseries, Alien or Star Trek. They have also released shows about Geek-movies like Tron and had the pleasure to interview cast and crew members of Battlestar Galactica, including for example Bear McCreary, Kate Vernon, Michael Trucco, Kandyse McClure or Michael Hogan. The Podcast has a big and devoted community which resulted in occasional events like meet-ups, which is a get-together with or without the hosts of the Podcast.
