At the hour was a local band based out of Springfield, Massachusetts, from 2007-2008. Band Members: Kyle Palazzi - Lead Vocals/Guitar Rick Starke - Lead Guitar/Back-Up Vocals Dan Bennett - Bass Guitar Mike Zanetti - Drums Dan Bennett also published an instructional book on playing Bass Guitar, "The Total Rock Bassist". The band only released a single EP during their time, comprised of the following tracks: 1) Breathe and Purge 2) The Day I Get a Gun, Everything is Going to Change 3) Race to Zero 4) Borderline Moneymakers 5) Interlude 6) Songs That Make Her Sleep They list their influences as Glassjaw, Faith No More, Thrice, Foo Fighters, Dillinger Escape Plan, Led Zeppelin, and Al Dimiola.
