About Aquiles Priester
Aquiles Priester (born June 25, 1971) is a Brazilian drummer, born in South West Africa (now Namibia). He is currently the drummer of the Brazilian power metal band Hangar, which he also is founder, and progressive metal bands Midas Fate and Noturnall, as well as Eduardo Falaschi. As a tour drummer he has played with Paul Di'Anno, Vinnie Moore, Tony Macalpine and W.A.S.P. From 2001 to 2008, he was the drummer of Angra, recording three albums which were certified gold.
