About Animizmo
Animizmo is a prog / math rock instrumental band from Curitiba - Brazil. After going through some different projects, Luciano Costa, Edgar Webster and Rodrigo Wisnievski dicided to develop something that reflected their artistic history but also creatively demanded them. Thus was born Animizmo (a term for "animism", meaning "to give soul to inanimate objects / beings"). In their first album, is presented some essences of their musical DNA, from atmospheric moods to fusion solos, from heavy riffs to delicate harmonies. These features can be heard in the single "Vida Curva", and the track "Antônia", songs that show the various narratives that the same story can have.
