« aMinus » is the solo project of Valentin Plessy, member of the electro-punk band Plateau Repas. Berlin based artist, « aMinus » experiments electro-pop. His first album « Almost and Maybe » is the result of his craving for synth pop 80s, house music, r'n'b and also 8bit sounds. These influences are combined with now powerful, now atmospheric compositions. aMinus draws his inspiration from his own stories and the ones of others, kidulthood, gender and chaotic relationships which characterize our everyday life. « Almost and Maybe » is the result of expectations, uncertainties and the constant need to (re)create one's identity in a world where rules and etiquette are omnipotent. http://www.myspace.com/heyminus
