Ali Yilmaz is a Tukish musician, known as a highly technical baglama player. Ali's nick name among fans is "Motor Ali", given to him because of his fast and accurate playing skills. Ali became famous due to his playing with Ibrahim Tatlises, one of Tukey's most famous singers. In 2010 Ali recorded a solo album called "Son Durum". The album focuses on a fusion between traditional Turkish music and jazz and funk. in the album he features many famous Turkish musicians, including the famous Turkish bassist Nurhat Şensesli (Laço Tayfa).
