About Alex Ford
A rising star in the prog/metal scene of Perth, Australia, Alex Ford is currently in the process of writing material for his highly anticipated sophomore album. His critically acclaimed debut charted as high as 3rd position in '06 (one critic calling it "a masterpiece of the genre, one of the best debuts i can recall"), with help largely from extensive airplay of the single, 'Harry Potter ftw'. Alex has two cats, Socks and Sam, and enjoys sunset walks on the beach. He is currently touring the east coast of Australia, with support from Michael Kiernan and Tegan Harrington. Michael being another promising newcomer of the scene, and Tegan being the one who keeps the two liquored up at all times. Alex has also built up a reputation as one of Japans leading fashion icons.
