You pour water in it and by the power of the horn vodka appears there…” Uladzimir Karatkevich, The Boat of Deaspair, 1959 The band was founded in 2013 by Valeryj Mashel (music, mandolin, bouzouki), Usevalad Gaponenka (music, guitar, vocals, texts), Leanid Zhihunou (extreme vocals, texts) and Kaciaryna Filipovich (violin). In November 2014 Viachaslau Varabej (bass), Viktar Lagacki (bagpipe), joined the band, Karalina Nasko (violin) replaced Kaciaryna. In 2015 Adarvirog releases their first single – Chareja (Chorea) and debutes with the first recital. Mikita Lahavy (drums) joins the band. With all band members the group performs on a festival “Nash Grunvald” (Our Grunvald), “The Knight Age”, and makes a tour to Smolensk, Russia. Maxi-single “Ratavalnik” (Saviour) is released. The work on the debut album begins. In 2016 Viachaslau Varabej leaves the band, Aliaksei Bykouski from “Renuen” band replaces him. The band announces debut album “Kraj Padanniaŭ” (The Land of Tales) and founds local folk-metal multiband festival “Luty fest” (Fierce fest). The single “Chareja” is taken into radio rotation. In 2017 the band continues performing at own’s festival “Luty Fest”, presents debut album, makes tours on Ukrainian “Forpost” festival and Russian “Folk Summer Fest”.
