About Active Sac
Active Sac started in 1997 in Westminster, Maryland, a suburb of Baltimore. Active Sac has been through several changes as a band from their original super pop-punk screeching weasel influence to their current ALL/Descendents generated sound. Over their 11 year span they have successfully released 3 CD's/Vinyl LPs; Salt and Shovels, Beavers Once the Size of Bears, and Kill All Humans and are still going strong. With a strong DIY attitude towards all aspects of their music they have released all of those records on either Gothic Anus Records (Active Sacs Label, R.I.P.) or Wallride Records (ex-drummer of Active Sac and the Spark, Darick Sater's Label), as well as recording/mixing Kill All Humans themselves. Their newest release Kill All Humans is a full length LP on Vinyl released in March 2008.
