About A Boy And His Rocket
A Boy And His Rocket was originally an electronic band started by Matt Marshall. Aside from Matt, who has previously produced as a solo artist under the name The Aquila, two other artists were lined up for guitars and vocals, however they had to abandon the band due to other musical commitments before any session recordings had even started. Combined with the disappointment of the band fallout and the conflict of The Aquila's name with other similarly-named artists, Matt chose to evolve his solo work into A Boy And His Rocket with a view to perform live and/or welcome new band members.
