F-VE DOLLS (파이브돌스) (formerly 5dolls) was a Korean pop girl group that debuted in 2011. They officially disbanded on March 10, 2015. They were originally a sub-unit of the group Co-Ed School (남녀공학), which featured both male and female members. On December 27, 2010, Core Contents Media announced that 5dolls would be composed of Co-ed School's all four original female members (Chanmi, Soomi, Hyewon and Hyoyoung), and that an additional female member, Eungyo, would be added to the group. Their debut digital single, "Lip Stains", was released on February 11. Only five days after the release of the digital single, a mini-album was also released. The mini-album included the single "Lip Stains" plus four new songs. In February 2012, it was announced that had Soomi left the group and was replaced by new member Nayeon. In September 2012, rumors arose, stating that both Chanmi and Hyoyoung had left the group, and although Core Contents Media did not confirm the news, their official website no longer listed Chanmi as a member, and instead featured Shannon as a new member. Six months later Chanmi confirmed the rumor, and only two days later the agency announced the final line-up, including one new member, Jihyun, and their 2013 comeback. They announced their official comeback in July with more line-up changes, revealing the addition of two new members, Seunghee and The Seeya's Yeonkyung. Shannon and Jihyun were not included in the final line-up. Following Core Contents Media becoming MBK Entertainment in 2014, the group was rumoured to be disbanded, but they did not make a statement until March 10, 2015. After the disbandment of F-VE DOLLS, Seunghee re-debuted in the group DIA (다이아), but left the group in May 2016. Shannon (섀넌) made her solo debut in 2014 with the digital single "Daybreak Rain". Chanmi took part in the reality show Produce 101. She was eliminated in episode 10.
