Kaoru Akimoto is a Japanese lyricist and vocalist, born June 5, 1964 in Tokyo. She started her singing career in December 1985, by singing the ending theme ("Paradox") of the Fire Tripper anime. A few months later, she released her only album: Cologne; then continued her songwriting career for other artists.
