Tomoko Ishibashi (石橋朋子, Ishibashi Tomoko) is the name by which female Japanese actress and singer Chiaki Takahashi (たかはし智秋, Takahashi Chiaki, born on 8 May 1977 with the kanji lettering 高橋千晶) is also known. Her hometown is Kanagawa, Japan and her blood type is AB. On 10 October 2000, she changed the kanji lettering of her name, though the pronounciation remains the same. She is a member of the J-pop group Aice5 as well.
