Wang Lei (王磊) is an Electronic / Acoustic Musician from Sichuan Province, of The Peoples Republic of China. The music successfully and originally fuses an eclectic mix of dub, psych-beats and poly-rhythmical electronica, to combine with traditional melodies and influences of Chinese roots. First acclaimed release entitled 'Xin' (馨) features ten tracks,'土','几','又','千','木','杏','查','日','香','馨' which flow seamlessly to create a 60 minute soundscape of colour and imagination. Bridging the void between miminalist electronics to Far-Eastern Folk music. Released on 口袋音乐 (Kou Dai Records, China), and the French electronic 'Expressillon' label. Release date unknown.
