Aaron Yan Ya Lun (traditional Chinese: 炎亞綸; simplified Chinese: 炎亚纶; pinyin: Yán Yǎlún; born November 20, 1985 in Taipei, Taiwan) (born Wu Genglin; traditional Chinese: 吳庚霖; simplified Chinese: 吴庚霖; pinyin: Wúgēnglín) is a Taiwanese mandopop singer, songwriter, actor, model, TV host and businessman. He was also one of the members of Taiwanese boy band Fahrenheit. Yan's first solo EP, The Next Me (Chinese: 下一個炎亞綸; literally "The Next Aaron Yan") was released on March 25, 2011 by HIM International Music. It was available for pre-order on March 11, 2011 and in it includes six tracks, in which one is a duet with Singaporean singer Olivia Ong, as well as a piano solo piece performed by Yan himself. On March 4, 2011, a 30-second preview of the title track, "The Next Me" (Chinese: 下一個我) was released online by HIM International Music. On June 15, 2011, Yan released the Japanese Edition of his solo EP "The Next Me" (Chinese: 下一個我) which includes a Japanese bonus track ["The Next Me" (Chinese: 下一個我) Japanese Version]. Yan's solo concert was held on June 11, 2011 at the National Taiwan University Sports Center as a celebration for his success in his first solo EP, The Next Me. Yan held another solo concert that was held on June 21, 2011 in Beijing. On July 31, 2011, Yan held a solo concert at Yun Feng Theatre, Shanghai.
