Satoshi Takebe is a Japanese keyboardist, who first came into the public eye as the concert director for Yumi Matsutoya (松任谷由実). He later released two solo albums Piano Man for Yuming Lovers and Piano Man II, and worked with the bands Smiles & Tears and kokua. He went on to work as a producer for the likes of Maki Oguro (大黒摩季), Yuko Yamaguchi (山口由子) and THE ALFEE. He has also produced soundtracks for television shows such as Beach Boys, Overtime, Boy Hunt and Love Complex.
