Hirotani Junko (広谷順子, born October 17, 1956 in Tokyo, Japan, died January 4, 2020) was a Japanese singer, composer and studio musician. When she was only three years old she started to learn to play the piano. In senior high school she started a music group, playing cover versions, before she started to write her original songs. - 1976: Wins first price award at a 'International College Song Contest' ad signs her first contract with a music company. - 1979: Makes her debut officially. She is one of the first artists to take the risk with making an CM performance.
