Mitsuoka Masami (光岡昌美), born August 14, 1986 in Toyota, Aichi Prefecture, Japan, is a former member of the girl group Sister Q. In November 2007, she released her first solo single, "Hana", which was used as the fourth ending to the anime, "Blue Dragon". From late 2009 to mid-2011, she used the stage name Mizca, under which her music comprised primarily of electro-pop. After this period, she resumed using her real name. www.mitsuokamasami.net
