Mr. He Xun Tian is a famous Chinese Music Composer ,producer and a professor in Shanghai Conservatory of Music teaching music composition. In 1983, he has created the RD Method of Musical Composition. In 1987, he's received the 3rd prize of International Carl Marla Von WeberWettbewerbes Fur Kammermusik in Germany. In 1990, he's the only one who has received the Outstanding Musical Achievement Award of The International New Music Composers Competition (1989-90 USA). In 1998, he has received The World Lifetime Achievement Award (ABI).
