РИЧ (real name — Richard Vladimirovich Semashkov) is a Russian rap and hip-hop artist, poet, writer, publicist, and public figure. He was born on November 11, 1991, in Kaliningrad. He works in various genres (rap, alternative rock, trip-hop) and collaborates with various musicians, beatmakers, and artists. He has also recorded a number of conceptual mini-albums: «У дома» (By the House), «Аффект» (Affect), «Тизер» (Teaser), «Есенин» (Yesenin), «Имажинисты» (Imaginists), «Вилледж поэмс» (Village Poems), «Держите дистанцию, не садитесь здесь» (Keep Your Distance, Don't Sit Here), «Времена года» (Seasons), «Русский лес» (Russian Forest), and «Тихий ход» (Quiet Move). He is the author of the musical triptych: «Мой трип-хоп» ("My Trip-Hop") (Part 1, Part 2, Part 3 — 2018, 2019, and 2022).
