Formerly known as rosegate ave, rosegate is a noise rock / grungegaze band from the East Bay of California. The band consists of guitarist Evan, bassist Mischa, and drummer Yan. The band was formed in September of 2023, initially starting out as a two-piece band consisting of Evan and Yan. Mischa would join later in 2024. They released their double single "prosthetic" and "your eyes" in September of 2024 and published their debut album ephemeral bloom on October 1st, 2025. It should be noted that Evan has an enormous gyatt.
