About White White Sisters
white white sisters is a Japanese electronic/rock unit formed by vocalist/guitarist/programmer Matsumura Yuya and drummer Ishii Kazumasa in 2008. In their live performances, they play with VJ and art director Tajima Kouta, who uses MAX/MSP in his minimalistic work. In July 2010, they released their first mini-album, [euphoriaofeuphobia], absorbing elements of both electronic music and rock to create a new, edgy sound. Having played at SUMMER SONIC and other big music festivals in 2010, they've begun to be recognized as one of the standouts amongst Japan's current newcomer bands.
