Official Website: undergroundcities.blogspot.com Underground Cities is an instrumental rock band from Phoenix, AZ. The band was formed in summer of 2008, by guitarists Bryan Garay and Jake Arrington, bassist Brent Bachelder, drummer Joe Munoz and percussionist Jackie Garay. Their style blends elements of instrumental-rock with ambience and indie-rock. They have independently recorded and released two albums: Arcosanti (2012) and The Dalliance Album (2009). They played their first show in August of 2009, and since then, amidst a frequent local schedule alongside some of their home town's finest; they have also performed on a number of festivals and small tours throughout the US. Many of their works have also been featured in various independent short films and documentaries, including musical contributions to organizations such as Food For The Hungry, Invisible Children and many more. They have also been featured support for a list of notable and diverse acts including: Thrice, Moonface, The Appleseed Cast, Balmorhea, The Soft Moon, Sleepy Sun, The Besnard Lakes, O' Brother, And So I Watch You From Afar and many more.
