The Safe Passage Clause is a Rock Band currently residing in Seattle Washington. A contrast between the pop sensibilities of Foo fighters and the manic abstract of Mars Volta, this critically acclaimed acts tries to remain intentionally vague. The Band has toured the world under many monikers but mot recently has focused its efforts centered around the SPC franchise. The Band is based around Christopher Edward Morales, currently he is working with Kenji Jenson Otsu and Jeremy Bill. Chris has also worked with Members of KMFDM, Filter, Hummer, Hope is Noise and Ministry.
