Tanpopo Crisis is a one man South Carolina based Grindcore project that later began to pick up Blackgaze elements, eventually becoming a fusion of the two genres, however has recently began moving towards being a pure Blackgaze project with the advent of Sugar Wounds, which is a more dedicated Grindcore/Blackgaze fusion band. Its lyrical themes are based heavily around the life experiences, positive and negative, of the bands sole member Matt "Tanpopo" Miller. Its the primary project of Matt Miller, who has multiple other one man projects, such as Fucked & Sugar Wounds, in addition to being a former member of Sachiel
