About Syrcity
Syrcity is a five piece modern metal band from Tallinn, Estonia. Its style can best be described as "..an eclectic mixture of odd rhythms, grooves, vocal harmonies and straightforward solid riffage". Trying never to do the same song twice, the band writes its material collectively, each member drawing inspiration from their own versatile musical background with influences ranging from Meshuggah to synthpop and psychedelia. The resulting music has an interesting and unique vibe that owes much to the female lead vocals, as well as the technicality of the band. The guys (and gal) of Syrcity have said that their aim is to keep surprising themselves in order to offer something fresh to the audience every time.
