About Spiritspiders
The Spiritspiders are a band from the Düsseldorf-area of western Germany. The band's earliest recordings date back to the early 2000s when lead singer Frank M.Reeve started recording demos under that name, which was inspired by a Native American fairytale. The current line-up, which Frank borrowed from other acts such as the Reverend of Neverland, Neruda and Hands Down, got together in 2010 to record the upcoming debut album A Voice in the Sky, which marks a departure from the electronics-laden project sound towards a heavy band-driven sound. While most of the musicians, that played on the record, have returned to their main projects, Reverend singer and guitarist Samy Oeder has gladly joined the live-band. The Spiritspiders plan to go on tour in late 2012. Details will be posted on www.spiritspiders.com.
