About Soturnus

Soturnus is a Brazilian Death/Doom metal band currently formed by Rodrigo Barbosa (v), Andrei Targino (g), Eduardo Vieira (d) and Guilherme Augusto (b). They released their first full-lenght album, entitled "When Flesh Becomes Spirit", in 2007, besides having released two demo CDs before, "Poems of Love... Poems of Pain..." and "Solitude". The release of the debut album "When Flesh Becomes Spirit" announced a new and refreshing phase on Soturnus' carrier. In 2013, Soturnus released their second studio album, entitled "Of Everything That Hurts", which was acclaimed by the Brazilian press as "intense" and "captivating". As a celebration of their 15th year, at the end of 2015 Soturnus recorded a live album, "15 Years of Mourning", released digitally in 2016. Visit Soturnus at all social media.
