Right 88 is a post-hardcore band from Bandung, Indonesia Since they muscled their way onto the punk-hardcore-metal scene in 2004, a previously Right Eightyeight genre is Melodic sincea 1998. In a world ruled increasingly by superstition and intolerance, Right Eightyeight rousing wall-of-sound punk-hardcore-metal seems about as necessary now as ever before. Embracing new styles of singing and playing, the band explores dynamics with a soft, atmospheric passage that builds into a horrific scream and another pummeling groove. Right Eightyeight have created an exultant disc that expands the parameters of heavy music and unabashedly exposes the band members' love of ‘80s metal,melodic, thrash,punk, industrial, hardcore, alternative and even alt-country.
