PRC draws its roots back from 1994 when the two (then) children from Serbain city Niš , Miroslav Cvetković and Bratislav Stanković, unable to find a drummer, played with a rhythm and made a couple of revolutionary things. After several unsuccessful attempts they find a drummer Milan Vidakovic and one year later, the band started to actively work and they recorded some first demos on tape ("Cheese and onion", "Time for a change" etc.) and somehow manages to find their sound at that time. Soon Milan goes from bend and the PRC does nothing in 1999 because of NATO aggression against Serbia. After that Bojan Miljković comes for a drummer and then begins to happen - true PRC since then. That same year, they recorded a demo at Bracko ("Sick", "The Hunger", "I will not"). In 2000 they went to serbian traditional and famous Zaječar Guitar Festival (Gitarijada) and enter the final show. A year later PRC enter in the studio at Pivce and record some songs. That same year, they played a lot shows. While they playing a show on the" Radio Niš", Bratislav has said that he got the call and that he must join the army. That caused their bigest hiatus until 2010. In 2010 PRC recorded in Miroslav's home studio their best songs and one cover from Hüsker Dü (New Day Rising).
