About Piano Slayer
Piano Slayer (formerly known as Pimpelipom) is a Finnish music project founded in 5.3.2007 by Z0mb1/Sompi (JokuHullu93 @ Last.fm). Though Piano Slayer has its own identifiable sound, the musical style of the project is varied and includes hard rock, progressive rock/metal, blues, electronic music and jazz, to name a few. The early tracks were usually completely sequenced (or low quality piano/organ recordings, hence the name Piano Slayer), but as time passed, the tracks started to gain more and more recordings of actual instruments (electric guitar and various keyboards mostly). Nowadays only the drums are sequenced. Most of the tracks are instrumental, but a few with vocals and kazoo do exist. As for software, Sompi mainly uses FL Studio and Audacity.
