Para-Beats aka DJ Para is a South London based DJ / Producer. A pioneer of the UK Garage / 2-Step scene, Para run and produced for one of the most critically acclaimed garage labels "DEA Project and Boobytrap Records" and was an infamous DJ on the garage circuit, playing at major events all over the world and smashing up radio stations week in week out! Para also played a massive part in the development of the UK Hip-Hop / R&B scene, producing some of the Biggest UK Tracks, at one point Para had 5 tracks on the Channel U playlist simultaneously that he had produced, he quickly became known as one of the UKs number 1 Hip-Hop / R&B producers, "Everyone wanted a Para Beat!" In addition to Para's underground success, Para has also had UK chart entries and has completed official production and remixes for many mainstream and underground artists including: Craig David, Victoria Beckham, Ray J, Carmen Reece, So Solid, Sway, Asher D, Gabrielle, Swiss, Killer Kela, Sugababes, Busta Rhymes, Bigz, Ladies First, Lisa Maffia plus many more, in addition to this, Para has completed official work for many record labels including: Public Demand, Locked On, Hed Kandi, Northern Line Records, Pure Garage, Go! Beat, Telstar, Warner, Polydor and Sony to name a few. Para's various musical influences have inspired him to produce and remix tracks in many different genres such as House, Garage, Bassline, Electro, 4x4, 2 step, Hip-Hop, R&B, Drum & Bass, Rock, Grime, Dubstep and many more. Para continues to push musical boundries and is constantly evolving his sound.
