About Ovipositor
Ovipositor is an ongoing experiment in groove versus disonance. Colin Frangos plays the guitar and does most of the singing. Mark Pino plays the drums and does some of the singing. Max Sidman plays the bass. They’ve been compared to Pere Ubu, The Fall, MX-80, and Mission of Burma, amongst others. They’ve been called punk, although who really knows what that means anymore? And anyway they don't remember the summer of punk because they was too busy playing with their GI Joes. They are not pretty, they are not young, they are not sexy, they are not charismatic, they are not hip, they are not your friends. Please enjoy the music.
