Orgy Of Noise is one of the many projects of Boston, Massachusetts based Bill T Miller who is also behind Kings Of Feedback, Out Of Band Experience (OOBE), Drum Army, MP3 Orgy and Kings Of Slack. Bill T Miller uses a large array of noise creating and manipulating devices including a large array of circuit bent toys and an amplified tennis racket at the most recent shows.
