About Nerdkween

Nerdkween (which is just the phonetic spelling of the words "nerd" and "queen"), is the musical alias of Atlanta, Georgia based singer-songwriter Monica Arrington. With a classically trained voice and a musical education at Auburn University, Nerdkween combines all kinds of musical styles and genres to make a unique, and very experimental lo-fi mix. She considers her music to be part of the "post modern pop" movement. To date she has had two EP's, "I See Things Differently Now," and "The Dark Horse," as well as a live album, "Sketches At Eddies Attic," in addition to two full-length albums, "Synergy," and "Profitandloss."
