About Neato Fleets
Neato Fleets has been the solo project of Frances Chang since 2007. Her first full-length album "Reckless Tongue" was born in a small yet infamous closet in her bedroom. Her second release, Coffee is Dead, is a 30-min tape released in the winter of 2010 by Responsible Records. The tape features a couple tracks from the full-length, rareties, and demos of songs that were later further developed by Fran's other project, Giant Peach (http://www.last.fm/music/Giant+Peach). hard copies of both releases can be acquired at http://lifeonanisland.org
