Maps And Makers was a post-hardcore/alternative rock band from the area around New Orleans, Louisiana, United States. Maps And Makers were called Dolorosa earlier but after they kicked out their previous vocalist they decided to take an even more melodic approach to their music. Mixing active drums with powerful guitars and captivating melodies. Maps And Makers recorded their full length album "Asleep In The Clouds" at Think Sound Studios with Producer Drew Fulk in 2011. The album is available for purchase on iTunes and is also on Spotify. The band ended in 2013 due to too many different ideas within the band of what they were gonna do next. No hard feelings between the members, it just wasn't working out anymore.
