About Koray Kantarcioğlu
Koray Kantarcıoğlu was born in Ankara, 1982. He graduated from Political Science at Bilkent University in 2003 and completed his masters degree on European Integration and Development in Vrije Universiteit Brussels. Kantarcıoğlu has exhibited his visual and sound based works in spaces such as Kuad Gallery (İstanbul, 2014), Nesrin Esirtgen Collection (İstanbul, 2013, solo exhibition), Pori Art Museum (Pori, 2011), Manzara-Perspectives (İstanbul, 2010), het Wilde Weten (Rotterdam, 2009), King Kong Gallery (Den Haag, 2007), Siemens Art Gallery (Istanbul, 2006) and Living Art Museum (Reykjavik, 2004), He has also organized group exhibitions at Hafriyat Karaköy (Istanbul) and Fargfabriken (Stockholm). Koray Kantarcıoğlu lives and works in Istanbul.
