About Kat Wilson
Katherine Wilson (born in 1992 in Perth, Western Australia, Australia) is the front-woman of the alternative folk/pop four-piece music project formed 2 December 2013. The other members are Dan Berne on guitar, Tamatoa Rima on bass and Ben Winstanley on drums. Since forming, Kat Wilson has steadily performed across the local Perth scene including headlining the Indi Bar and Yaya’s and supporting act at The Rosemount and The Bird. Kat Wilson highlights include support for Sydney based band Tigertown, rotation on Singapore’s radio station Lush and key performance at State of The Art Festival in 2014. Saturday the 26th of July sees Kat Wilson release Sea Legs EP at The Astor Lounge with support from Riley Pearce, The Insatiables and Curtis McEntee. Sea Legs became available on iTunes and Soundcloud the 25 of July 2014.
