About Kambodsja
Formed from the remains of the legdendary prog-core band HONKOBURGER in 2002, with the intent of making their own brand of hardcore punk with a twist of noise, prog, indie, and metal. They released the mini album "Are your feelings easily hurt?" in 2004 and the critically acclaimed "Marionette You Are Mine" on Norway Rat Records (Årabrot, Skarnspage, Mejamyouspam etc) in 2007. In 2012 they released their third album. "Year One" Now as a four piece, they explored an even broader range of musical oddness. Still the wild punk sound, still the proglike songstructures but with even more depth and a lot more dynamics. In 2016 Kambodsja will release their fourth album "STRANGER" through Mas-Kina Recordings (Rumble In Rhodos, Infidels Forever, Sigh & Explode and Beaten To Death). February 5th, 2016 the first single "Name Among Dead" emerged, showing a more mature band, with both energy and finesse! Kambodsja.com facebook
