About Jade Raven
Together since autumn 1997, Jade Raven started playing live in early 1998 and released a five song demo that hinted at a wide range of styles. They played live in several areas of Lawrence, Kansas. In 1999, Jade Raven began recording their first full-length album, "In the Dark." The songs varied from punk to soft ballads. Lawrence.com declares it "A catchy and simple pop album", and "an instant success at first listen." Their next release was an EP titled "Plus One", released on April 17, 2002. They chave a myspace at http://myspace.com/jaderavenband , even though they broke up in 2003.
