About Hugo Toscano
Born in Brazil, raised in Holland, Hugo Toscano started DJ-ing at the age of 16.He got caught by the melodic and warm sounds Trance and Progressive used to have and kept hours a day playing on his bedroom. In 2003 he moved to Brazil and mixed in with the local scene very quickly. When Hugo was 17 years old he got his first club gig. Because of the huge succes more and more gigs followed. He played at several clubs, beachparties, events and an unforgetable new-yearsbash on a tropical beach. Back in Holland in 2006 he got more interested in a deeper and more mature sound of electronic dance music. He started mixing a variety of styles together like Progressive house, Tech-house and Techno keeping one main theme in mind: Groovy, Funky and Melodic dance music. Hugo Toscanos DJ-sets can be very moody and laidback but when the crowd wants it he will make them groove like there’s no tomorrow!
