UK punk band that put out a 7" on United Artists in 1979, though the songs were recorded in '77 - High Rise Love b/w Free Enterprise. The band was either a joke, a cash in, or both. It's really the Gerry Rafferty band. "High Rise Love" is super snotty British punk while the poppier "Free Enterprise" is not completely unrecognizable as Gerry Rafferty.
